1. TattooTV
This is a brilliant site for everything about tattoos, whether you are a tattooist or a collector of tattoos like me. You can submit your own photos, talk to people in the forum, check out different tattooists portfolios – it really is a one stop shop for insider information.
How tattoos work. This is an excellent site if you want to actually see what happens in slow motion when the needle pierces the skin.
I had the great pleasure of meeting one of the contributing authors of Needle&Sins at the London Tattoo Convention, not only did she wear the most beautiful artwork on her skin, but her writing is out of this world. The site brings an up to date look at tattooing today – where tattoo meets the art world.
4. Tattoo Johny
Thousands of tattoos you can choose from that is being updated all the time with more artist contributing to the designs on a daily basis. You name it they will probably have it.
Yes another site where you can find your dream tattoo – but a dam good one. Chopper Tattoo categorizes designs to make it easy to find what you are looking for. When you are ready for a tattoo, we also provide a tattoo parlor locator. Just print out the design of your liking, and take it to a artist. (and it has a sexy man on the front page)
I am a visual person, and I like nothing more than seeing someone getting tattooed. If you a craving the sound of the buzz of a tattoo machine go to Lucky Thirteen tattoo to see hundreds of videos collected from around the web. If you are a tattoo virgin take a look at the videos so you can get an idea what to expect before you step foot into a tattooists.

8. Rate My Ink
If you have half an hour or more to kill on the computer and you love tattoos as much as I do then check out Rate My Ink. Hours of entertainment.
9. Kat Von D
Well I am a girl so I like to see other artists making it big in the tattoo world – no longer is it the domain of men – the girls are coming and boy some of them have got great style and technique Kat Von D’s website is well worth a look
and finally…
A refreshing site inkbutter.com is essentially promoting an aftercare product for tattoos but boy it is so much more than that. It is easy to navigate and the images are out of this world – amazing tattoos some the likes you have never seen before. Seriously good artwork that really pushes the boundaries of pre-conceived ideas of tattoos. It’s as much an art website as it is a tattoo website and I for one love it.
Oh but wait there is more
